The Newman Knights Hockey Club currently fields 19 teams in the seniors, masters and juniors competition in the WA Hockey Association. So, no matter what your skill level, there is sure to be a team to suit you.

All players at the Newman Knights Hockey Club are invited to participate in training. In past years, turf training has been held on Monday nights at UWA turf. For grass sides, training is held on Thursday nights at the Clubrooms in Churchlands. Players are encouraged to train at least once a week. Preason training starts in February/March. For the latest news on training times stay tuned to this website.

Juniors

The Club runs teams in each grade within Hockey WA competition from J5/6 through to J11/12 for both boys and girls. In addition to these Junior teams, the Club runs a popular Mini Knights program for children in PP - Yr4 during Terms 1 & 2 each year. Our Year 1 - Year 4 players compete in a J1/2 and J3/4 competition in Floreat during Terms 2 & 3 and we always have several teams in each of these competitions.
